Reading Around the Christmas Tree
Posted in Leisure by Julie Ponzi
The Claremont Institute posts a Christmas Reading List Symposium today with 24 distinguished contributors and, also, me. I note, too, that a good number of the contributors recommend
this important book (which is now available in a Kindle edition). Readers of this blog will be familiar with most of the contributors and with the author of the above mentioned book, too. Enjoy!

Oh, I see that even John Yoo was invited to be part of the snooty festivities. Nobody better to sip egg nog with and relish the spirit of Christmas with than the guy who did his part to fabricate a legal justification for waterboarding. (i.e. What has been considered torture when our enemies did it to us should be just fine for us now).
Seems he'd be better for some kind of Halloween festivities, actually.
"Snooty festivities?" And what do you call the end-of-the-year booklists filled with feminist and bisexual memoirs on NPR and other such lefty media? Oh yeah, "a great reading list."

Thanks for the reminder on the reading list and for the particular endorsement of Never Enough. I agree - it is one of the year's best.
