Mac Owens uses the Peter Arnett debacle--and he reminds us, as did Hayward, that this is a very problematic character, prone to make things up--to clarify what the hubbub over the change in war plans means. Also see Mac’s good piece from Friday on keeping "the main thing" in mind. Very useful information.
