Optimistic View of World Economy

This report on the meeting of central bankers and finance ministers in Washington from The Financial Times is good news. I hope it’s true.

This IS good news. I spent most of my day today writing an article about the fact that manufacturing production is down .5% for March (it was estimated that it would only be down .2%), which is the worst drop since the .8% drop in December. Very depressing stuff... So a little bit of positive news is terrific.
