This story just moved on the AP wire: Error Puts Ted Kennedy on No-Fly List.
Why the hell not? He’s already on everybody’s "No Drive" and "No Boating" list. Doesn’t sound like an error to me. Michael Moore should investigate, just as soon as he finishes eating the back half of his local Safeway store.

Teddy Kennedy comments:
"I’m gratified that our efforts against profiling have been so successful that *anyone* with anti-American passions can be put on the no-fly list."
The timing of this is suspicious. Only a few weeks before the election. OBVIOUSLY it must be some Bush Administration plot to stop Sen. Kennedy from campaigning for Kerry-Edwards.
Or maybe the airlines just got tired of having their liquor cabiniets emptied everytime he was on a flight.
I don’t see what the mistake was. The "no fly" list contains the names of those deemed to be potential threats to American national security. Based upon his views and public record, who fits that description better than Ted?
