Joe, I just read your AEP column on the T-shirt case. Clearly, the doctrine of "group rights" arising from the claim of "discrete and insular minorities" being oppressed by the white majority is alive and well, ever finding new victims. Judge Reinhart should be impeached for utter lack of jurisprudence, except for the fact that he has plenty of like-minded colleagues and congressmen who support it. Bless our Constitutions appeals process!
