Studies Show Chimps More Evolved Than Humans

Well, who can deny that their genes have made them more functional animals than we are? (Thanks to Rob J.)

I imagine everyone here has a list of humans that chimps are more evolved than.
I guess we should discuss what "more evolved" means. In terms of longevity on this earth, we have yet to come close to the dinosaur, the rat, or the virus. We may, in fact, turn out to be one of the biggest, more short-lived boondogles that nature ever produced.
My prediction: The rat, the virus, the cockroach(but not the chimp) will outlast us all, due to their relative simplicity and greater adaptability to changing environments.
Oh great. Simon Cowell is immortal.
