I’m on the run today, so I’ll just point you to Andrew Sullivan’s analysis of the Blix Report (here is the Report’s text) and Colin Powell’s effort and position. It is very good, I think. The crux here is that the Report came in very critical of Iraq; it was fun watching the network news flunkies trying to get around a problem they didn’t expect.
