Gangs of New York as Citizens

This is Sean Mattie’s (Hillsdale College) take on the movie "Gangs of New York." It is both a good and serious review and he uses the theme of the movie to reflect on the meaning of American citizenship. A one coffee read. I haven’t gotten around to seeing yet, hope to do it this weekend.
