Happy Earth Day

Today's
Wall Street Journal takes note of the 36th anniversary of Earth Day (oh, and happy Lenin's birthday today, too--sheer coincidence) with an editorial drawing heavily upon
your's truly.

Theres no doubt the greens have succeeded in promoting higher environmental standards, which in turn have contributed to cleaner air, water and land almost everywhere you look.
Save yourself the aggravation of reading the whole article. Above is the only bit that isnt tripe.
The article praises the Greens of the past for the substantial gains made for humanity in general, but then pans them for the misses, and leaves the green movement tarred with that single brush.
Then makes the ludicrous leap that because the science of the 1970s (the era of the 4 MB mainframe) got it wrong in some areas of climatology, the science of 2006 is absolutely wrong about global warming. This despite the avalanche of evidence to the contrary, and climate models literally millions of times more detailed than those available in the 1970s.
These people should be demonised. They are a danger to society at large and should be confronted and exposed as the frauds they are.
Sheer coincidence.
Right.
