Beyond the blunder on the part of Yves Leterme, leader of the Flemish Christian Democrats, consider this: Here is a Dutch speaking Belgian with French first and last names, who mixes up the Belgian and French anthems. A perfect example of what happens in a dual language country. Everybody is confused!
