The New Yorker's Jeffrey Toobin
gapes at the Extreme Court's brazen audacity: "Under [Chief Justice John] Roberts, the Court has continued to use the equal-protection clause as a vehicle to protect white people." As everyone knows, of course, the Fourteenth Amendment's guarantees of due process and equal protection rights are expressly denied to persons of pallor.

We should expect such convoluted nonsense from the Left. They live for the double-standard, and the thought that white folks should also have Constitutionally-protected rights, well...that's just out-of-bounds, don't you know.
